Properties of Determinants - Part 3

In this part of properties of determinants, we will learn that value of a determinant will remains unchanged, if we changed any row or column by adding or subtracting other row or column. In above video, we have take the example of 2x2 determinant. We have calculated first its value and then, we have calculated value after changing first column with C1 + C2 and then, C1-C2. In both cases, value of determinant is -2. So, our this property is also true.
