How to do Lying Dumbbell Tricep Extensions

If you want to do the triceps extensions, you need to do lying dumbbell. Following is its simple procedure which you have to follow for doing this workout with correct way.

1. Lying flat on the bench

First of all you have to lie on the flat bench. Your legs should be turned as big L shape.

2. Raise the Dumbbells with your Two Hands 

Now, you have to raise the dumbbells' weight upward. Take long breathe.

3. Do Up and Down the Dumbbells

Now up and down dumbbells weight. Hand should be straight.

Warning : Start with small weight. Heavy at beginning time may be risky and you can face pain.
