First Secret of Failure : Doing Job Whole Life and Not Starting Your Own Business in Your Life

In life, most of people are studying for getting jobs. They are preparing themselves for achieving the dreams of others. This is first reasons of failure of their life because they invested whole time to become a machine for success of other successful people. So, they never reach to own success by doing own successful business. When, I say job gives only failure and business gives success, you may have many questions which I am giving here answers.  

Question 1. Why Job gives me failure when we earn big money from it?

Answer : Good question. 

1. Because job demands to invest our time for getting earning. Time is limited and it is biggest investment. When you do not have the time, how can you focus to build a successful business. Business person do not invest their own time, they buy employee machine for making products and for selling products and for accounting the sales and business events. They give small salary out of their business profit and earn big money. They invest their mind and brain and their time for developing new, innovative and creative ideas to grow their business. That is reason, business person are billionaire and millions of employees are just survive their life.
2.  Because his salary income invests for buying liabilities. They invest to buy own house, new clothes, gives the installment of buying own new cars and eating food outside. They do not learn to invest money in assets or in business because they think, they get next month salary. So, they live always lack of money and failure of real life because as desire they increases for buying liabilities and moreover, they pay taxes and tax is deducted first from salary and business person pays tax in last after spending all expenses for growing their business.

Question 2. As per you doing any job is the big secret of failure and doing business is big secret of success but business is very risky and I did not do business earlier? It is sure, I will fail if I will invest my salary income in business?

Answer : You asked again good question. Fear is everywhere. A small disease can easily cure but with increasing fear in our mind, we can make it chronic disease because with fear brain releases negative harmons and problem will increase from it. 

Second tell me, is it not risky to invest your biggest asset time for few salary money. It is proof, you have lack of self confidence for doing your own business and it is good news, you can increase your self confidence. You can increase your self confidence with following way and you can start your business.

1. You can start to take small risk daily and you get the habit of taking risk and it is simple saying no risk, no profit. With this, your anxiety and fear will remove and confidence will increase. This risk may be just Rs. 1000 investment per month for buying gold and sell it after 5 years. This is also small business. Like this, you can start small investment in your different business. You can start your own blog and invest time for writing your experience for one hr and convert these experience in ebook and show ads below each content in blog and earn big money from ebook sale from your blog business. 
2. You can increase your self confidence by counting the blessings of god, counting your plus points and boons given by god. 

For example, you can say

i) For example, you are doing the job of accountant for 10 years and you can say, “ I have good experience of accounting during job. Now, I am confident to start accounting business and provide independent service and I am planning to resign job end of next 6th month because I need next six month for developing infrastructure for doing own business.

Question 3. It is good answer that by becoming confident, we can start business and win our failure but if it will fail due to bad luck, how can I survive?

Answer. You have asked the question because you could not understand the difference between fail in life due to job and fail in business. Fail in life due to job means, you did not take first step to do your own business but fail in business after starting means, you have gained the knowledge of self improvement. Next time, you will become more intelligent. Business loss happens due to mis-management or lack of care of your own business. With more care, no one can stop to grow.
