Learn Financial Freedom Step by Step

My 12 Years Investments Report [ How did I invest My Rs. 36,48,914 Earning in 12 Years]

Few days ago, I have explained in my 12 years income report that I have earned Rs. 36,48,914.

 Today, I showing my investing report whose source is same earning. 

 1. Invest in Real Estate 

a. in Residential Rental Home 

I invested in Residential rental home Rs. 10,00,000 for making its two room, one bath room and one kitchen in July 2016 and investing Rs. 2,00,000 from 2016 to Nov. 2020 for its first floor 

b. Invest in Plants Farm 

I Invested in Plant farm about Rs.400,000 in 2016. For buying and construction and planting.

c. In Own Office = Rs. 4,00,000

D. In Own Shop = Rs. 1,00,000

Total Invested in Real Estate Rs. 20,00,000


3. Invest in DEMAT Account  

I invested in DEMAT account 

in Shares = Rs. 72993

in Mutual funds = Rs. 37815

in Future Currency = Rs. 2350

in Gold Bond = Rs. 5150

in Other Bonds  = Rs. 0


Total Invested in Real Estate Rs. 118308

4. Investment in Gold 

I invested in google pay gold, paytm gold, phone pay gold whose value is Rs. 16500

5. Investment in Post office 

I invested in its saving account, fd, MIS, RD and Kisan Vikas patar of Rs. 112500



6. Investment in Govt. Banks 

I invested its saving account, rd account, fd accounts with total amount of Rs. 564900


7. Investment in Atal pension Yojan

I invested in atal pension yojna rs. 13400

8. Investment in Money Back Insurance Policy

I invested rs. 4350 in money back insurance policy

9. Investment in Saving of Expenses Projects 

Total investment is Rs. 25000


10. Investment in Vehicles

I invested Rs. 1,50,000 in vehicles. 


11. Investment in Tools

I invested total Rs. 2,22,000 in tools. 



Total investment is Rs. 32,43,488

Total Earning is Rs. 36,48,914


Now Question is Where is Balance Rs. 405429


(A) I invested Rs. 163000 in Sahara Company in its its MIS, FD and RD plan but still did not receive { From 2016 to 2019 }. Also alert not to invest in it. . So, I did not show it in balance sheet 

(B) I invested in Gold of 10 Gram Rs. 32,000 and sold  Rs. 25000 and it got Rs. 7000 loss of investment. 

(C) Now balance is Rs. 235429. I invested in assets mentaince like vehichle repairs and petrols and chuna to real estates and if balance I have consumed.
