There are lots of publishing community who are interested to ads media infolinks and lots of doubts. We will solve their FAQ by our personal solution with infolinks in past.

Question 1. Good afternoon,  I have recently show ads of infolinks again my website.  But, it is showing   Ecpm zero and i already adtext in my website updated  second question, can I show only your banner ads 3 places on my website  Please answer  Thanks

Answer. Hello,

1) When a site turns off the Infolinks ads and turns them back on again, it takes time for our advertising partners to re-review the site so that can affect the demand and the earnings.

2) We have applied a promotion deal to the account which can help to increase the earnings if there is enough traffic in the site and demand from the advertising partners.

3) You currently only have the InTag ad unit activated. We highly recommend that you activate the InFold and InArticle ad units as they are in high demand. You may also want to test out the InFrame ad unit as it can work well with your site layout. These banner ad units (InFold/InArticle/InFrame) are in the highest demand and can help with the earnings.

Question 2. Please tell me why my account is not showing that you have issued the eCheck to my local bank account.  It means, I have to wait more 10 days. Will I contact after 10 days, If I will not receive the  Payment in my local bank account. Am I right?

Answer. Dear Mr. Kumar,

Thank you for writing in.

I reviewed your account and your December earnings payment was issued ia eCheck.

Please be advised that after your eCheck is issued, it may take between 5 to 10 business days for it

to become visible in your bank account. However, please feel free to check with your local bank that the payment went through.

If after this said time you encounter any problems with your payment, please don't hesitate to contact us back.

Question 3. I am infolinks partner from India. I am interested to meet you in New Delhi. Please tell me its date and time. I will surely come to meet you.  I am Publisher with a small team since 2008 and I have also book shop in my own City.  I have joined with you since Sept. 2015 and I got my first earning from Infolinks just few days ago. I am interested to grow through your support. Hope, after meeting with your team, it will be help more co-ordination

Question 4. 1. But I did not update this subdomain from many days. 

2. My other domains' ads statistics also not showing in your report . All other sites templates, I did not update? Why these sites are not showing ads statistics but it is showing proper views in my own statistics tool

Answer : Thank you for writing in.

Is it possible that the script was not integrated on April 19th and 20th ? We have no recorded activity from these two days which suggests that the script was temporarily disabled. Please note that when you update your site's template sometimes, the script may need to be integrated again to continue functioning properly. I have reviewed your site and the ads are properly displaying now, so I expect you will see statistics coming up tomorrow. Should you require any further information or assistance please don't hesitate to write me back anytime.

Question 5.  I have two questions,  My site is google blogger and I showed your ads. 

 1. Its stats is showing approximately 6000 to 5500 views per day but your net page view is just showing 3000 to 3500 views apporoximately, why is different both of my site stats and your net page views.

  2. My eCPM was $ 0.11 maximum why it has decreased from maximum level to $0.6  Please explain with your answers of above my two questions. 

Answer.  1) The Net Page Views is the number of viewed pages which contain active Infolinks ads. The Ad Views is the number of Infolinks ads viewed by visitors on your website. These figures can change on a daily basis due to different factors such as site traffic and the pages within the site. We are not sure which stats you are comparing the figures to, however keep in mind that the Infolinks reports only reflect the numbers for Infolinks ad products.

2) We have added a special revenue share promotion deal to your account to help increase your earnings. You should be able to see a positive result in the account reports in the coming days. If you do not see any increases after 2 business days, please write back to notify us so that we can investigate further.

Question 6. Good evening infolinks. I have question regarding my ecpm  Why is it decreasing after boom from 1 dollar and reach only 0.22?  I could not understand its flactuation. Is it done manually by you means first increase it and then decrease it or has any system behind this.  Hopeful regarding my answer  Regards  Vinod Kumar  

Answer. Thank you for contacting us. The eCPM will constantly fluctuate depending on different factors. We work with many different advertisers and ad networks. On some days, there is higher demand for ads to be served on sites and the advertisers bids rise. In turn, as the advertisers bids rise, the eCPM increases. On some days, there is less demand to place ads on sites, and the advertisers bid smaller amounts effectively decreasing the eCPM. I can confirm that we did not make any changes to your account promotion deal. 

Question 7. Thanks dear infolinks team for informing me to understand the concept eCPM concept in your infolinks dashboard. Higher demand of advertisers for this website, means boost eCPM of my website. Next day low demand of advertisers for this website, means low eCPM of my website.

Will you give right to publisher. Not to take the advertiser who is less than a specific limit. With this, we can do some hedge of my eCPM as publisher. Like as ebook publisher in Google books publisher store and Amazon kindle store, Google and amazon have given me right to choose the price for selling the copy of my written content. Yes, for promoting my ebook sale, I give maximum 50% discount but not more as offer. Will not apply here because here is also I am content creator and you are distributor of my contents.

Answer : We work with many different advertising demand partners who serve their ads within the Infolinks ad units. We do not have a way to allow publishers to pick and choose which advertisers they want to display on the site. Our system works on RTB (real time bidding) which means that all of the advertisers are constantly bidding against each other to display ads in the Infolinks ad units. Whichever advertiser bids the highest at a given time will have their ads displayed.
