Barbell presses is the part of power-lifting. With this, you can make your good chest, shoulder and biceps. It is also called back barbell presses. Following are its main steps :
1. First of all grip tight the barbell with your both hands and start to pick up.
2. Start slowly lift up and carry barbell upto the above part of your chest.
3. Now, lift above your head and straight your hands.
4. Now, carry barbell back up to neck. This is one time.
Do practice it for 10 times. This will be one set. Now, do its 10 set. You can start from 20 kgs and then you have to increase the weight as lift as possible.
Warning : Any patient who has the problem in shoulder should not lift this type of set.
