Disadvantages of Eating Fish

 God has not made fish for your food. Fish is made by God for reducing the water pollution. So, first disadvantage is to increase the pollution by empty the sea. By eating fish, we disturb the ecosystems of sea. Once this ecosystem will disturb large scale, we can see the horrible and dangerous results in the form of  tsunami.

Other heath disadvantages are following.

Researchers worldwide have discovered that eating fish regularly - one or two servings weekly - may increase  the risk of diseases ranging from asthma to prostate cancer.

All those who eat the fish can face the brain and eyes disease because fish has power to absorb the oxygen. When it die, its power will remain same. After eating it disturb to  a constant supply of oxygen. Due to this, all brain and eyes disease will happens to those who will eat the fish.

3. Cancer 

There is also more chance of cancer who eats the fish because human body can not digest the fish. Undigested fish in the body will give the result of cancer.

4. Cardiovascular disease

A person who eats the fish will face the risk of heart disease because fish decreases the supply of oxygen to the heart. Due to this, blood vessel will become weak. It also increases the cholesterol. If you want to save from heart disease, start to drink cow milk only for 30 days.

5. Depression

One of disadvantage of eating fish is that the person who eats it will feel depression. Our taken oxygen is consumed by dead fish and without oxygen, we feel depression.

6. Diabetes 

Fish will increase your diabetes because it has the source of sugar.

7. Low Eyesight

Breastfed babies of mothers who eat fish have face the problem of low  eyesight, there is also risk that their baby will bear with low eyesight.

In end, I also want to say that fish is the animal but it can feel our every action and reaction. When we draw it from water. A poison yields in his body due to fear. Same poison will go to our body when we eat it. Even the cooking of fish, this poison can not be reduced. So, leave to eat fish and be vegetarian.
