How to Do Front Thigh Exercise

Slowly, we are going forward in body-building education. You should also grow in bodybuilding education. One day, your dream of becoming great bodybuilding will realize.

Today, we will learn to do front thigh exercise.

Instructions : 

1. For this, first lift the barbell with your both hands.

2. Now, keep it back of your neck.

3. One one foot bring forward on the floor in standing position.

4. Now, one leg should send backside as possible as you send.

5. You should turn the leg Whose  foot was forward.

This is front thigh exercise.
