Composition of Air

 In previous science lesson, we have taught you about the matter. One of the type of matter is air. Today, we will teach you what is composition of air. Composition of air means the mixture of different gases in the air of earth atmosphere. It has 21% oxygen, 78% nitrogen gas and 1% other gases. like hydrogen, carbon dioxide and ozone. Air also includes dust and water vapor. 

1. Nitrogen 

When we take the breath from neck. 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen and 1% other gases goes to our lungs. Lungs absorb only oxygen and rest 78% nitrogen, 1% other gases + body's carbon dioxide will go out. So, nitrogen gas did not harm us and we took oxygen 21% and it pure our blood. 

But same nitrogen is taken by plants through soil and transfer into fruits and food which we eat and it makes our energy. 

When we take the air from neck, it gives us nitric oxide which helps to reach oxygen into the important parts of body. Our neck work air filter also. 

Second, when we take air, it has 78% nitrogen because our lungs design in a such a shape, it can absorb only oxygen from total air, we have taken which is 21% and same nitrogen, and other body's toxin gases come out during exhale the air process.

2.Oxygen

Plant gives oxygen and we take 21% oxygen from the air. Oxygen helps to burn. It is tasteless and colorless  gas. 

3. Other Gases 

Carbon dioxide is needed for plants. Plants takes it in sun and gives ups oxygen.
