6. Hold the Goal : Strengthen the grip of big goals from small goals
If you want to catch the big target, then strengthen the hold of the small target.
If I want to run for two hours, then I have to learn to run 5 km less every day
Then have to learn to run 10 kilometers everyday.
Then it will be easy for me to run for 1 hour non stop
When this goal is also achieved, then focus on running for 2 hours.
