 Are you new investor and you do know to invest. You will surely have following question which I am giving the answer.

 1. Where to Invest? 

You can invest in any asset which gives the reward in the pocket. I am giving some examples

1. You can invest in land. You can grow your grain and save its cost

2. You can invest in fruits plants and save the cost to buy it.

3. You can invest in solar plant and you can save the cost to pay electricity

4. You can invest in your own business and you can get net profit from it

5. You can invest in real estate and you can get rent

6. You can invest in stock exchange and you can get dividend as your ROI from your invested money

7. You can invest in the mutual funds and you can the value of appreciation on it

8. You can invest in gold and you can get its appreciation value

2. How Much I  have to Invest

It depends on your income and your goal of building your wealth

If your income is Rs. 50,000, you can not invest more than Rs. 25000 because you have to consume Rs. 25,000 for survive your life. 

If your goal is to build wealth of Rs. 1 Crore in 10 years through share market. 

You must invest Rs. 25 Lakh in first 5 years and 25 Lakh in second 5 years and if you buy good shares, it will be Rs. 1 Crore with your Rs. 50 Lakh investment. 

If you have invest Rs. 25000 pm, you have to invest only Rs. 15,00,000, still Rs. 10 Lakh is less than your goal. For achieving this, you have to either

Increase your income or reduce your expenses

Because you need to invest Rs. 16,666 more.

For this, you have to spend per month only Rs. 8334 per month. 

and invest all. This is one way

Or you have to find other sources to earn and invest. 

3. How to Increase My Investment 

That is good question. I am stock market investor from last 4 years. I have learnt, companies are earning 20% to 50% on their investment but they give to shareholder only 0.25% to 4% and rest, they re-invest in the business.

If you want to increase your investment, you have to re-invest your income from investment to same investment growth. 

Like if you do not cut the apple tree and give regular water and manure, you will get more apples. 

Same apply on investment

You get 1% to 4% dividend and you eat. 

Stop this eating and re-invest 100% for next 10 Years and you increase your investment.
