How to Set Plan for Achieving Dreams

Plans are very necessary to achieve your dreams and goal. Without plan, we may take wrong action and waste our energy. If we have the plan, we will take accurate actions and never take unnecessary actions and with this, it saves our time and helps to reach our goal fastly. 

Steps of setting plan

1. Ask Powerful Question Relating to your Goal

Plan starts from

Question : 1. who will achieve this goal?

Answer : me

Question : 2. Who will lift the 100 kgs weight?

Answer : me

Question : 3. When you will lift this 100 Kgs weight or got ability to lift 100 kgs weight? 

Answer : 15th August 2024

Question : 4. How will I get ability to lift 100 kgs weight?

Answer : With 

1. Regular power-lifting workout

2. Increase set and reps

3. Increase weight lifting weight

4. Good diet

5. Good relax

6. Positive self talk

Question : 5. What is daily your plan?

Answer: Morning and Evening must 1 and 1 hrs workout

Question 6. Which books, you will learn?

Answer : Powerlifting

This is one area of goal, in your area of goal, you must ask the valid questions to set your plan. 

2. Fix the list of steps of achieving any short term and long goal. 

When we have the list, it is easy to follow these steps. For example, If you have to lift 100 kgs weight from 60 kgs weight ability, you need to do 3 daily power-lifting workout is most and check the performance of lifting weight in the end

Bench press

squats

Dead-lift 

and after this, lift straight total weight. 

Now, you have to write the time because it must need each 10 min and so, you must 40 minutes free to do this workout. So, this is the list of plan

It is my plan every morning 5:15 am to 5:45 am, I must take this workout

So, you will avoid useless action in this time. 

3. Making the Plan of Safety

It is general saying, more risk more gain. But in more risk, risk of loss also increase. For example, if you have the plan to do power-lefting daily workout plan, you must the safety plan also. 

In safety plan, you can write on notebook

Every Sunday, it is my plan, I will rest from powerlifting workout

When I will very confident, I will increase way.

I must 15 days on single weight quantity to good practice of one type weight

If you want to increase your wealth, so, you are investing the money in share market. You also plan to invest in Govt. bank also to save your life at the time of emergency. 

4. Divide Big Goal into Small Milestones 

It is 4th step of plan in which, we divide big goal into small goal with milestones.

Suppose, Delhi is about 250 kms is very far from my city. I can give up.

If I say, I will rest after every 25 kms bike riding. Then, end of 25 kms is my milestone for rest and appreciate of achievement. 

If I want to lift 100 kgs, my current weight lifting is 56.5 Kgs

It means my first Milestone is 

60 Kgs

then 

my second milestone is 

65 Kgs

My third milestone is 

70 Kgs

My fourth milestone is 

75 Kgs

My 5th milestone is 

80 kgs

My 6th Milestone is

85 kgs

My 7th milestone is 

90Kgs

My 8th milestone is 

95 Kgs

My 10th milestone is 

100 Kgs 

My focus must be in learning

I’ll need to learn the to lift 60 kgs

I’ll need to learn the to lift 65 kgs 

I’ll need to learn the to lift 70 kgs

I’ll need to learn the to lift 75 kgs

I’ll need to learn the to lift 80 kgs

I’ll need to learn the to lift 85 kgs

I’ll need to learn the to lift 90 kgs

I’ll need to learn the to lift 95 kgs

I’ll need to learn the to lift 100 kgs

4. Make the list of resources of Actions

If I have to achieve the goal of lifting 100 kgs
