Good habits are the source of success and bad habits are the source of failure. It is common says. It means, we all knows but more of common person have some bad habits and never see it and always cry with question. Why am I not getting success after doing hard work? Answer is his or her bad habits but he does not ready to accept it. He can defense it with his bad situation and someone responsible for this. But he understood this fact and reality that if he makes good habit, he can get success. So, following are simple steps to devel good habits
1. Preparation for Good HABITS LIKE to prepare for Exam.
when you join in new course or new class whether it is MBA, CA or Engineering. You start to prepare exam. from DAY 1. But you do not prepare for good habits.
Suppose morning walk and morning exercise is good habit
Do you prepare your shoes and clean clothes which is suitable in the night or not
If not, take shoes and clothes clean it.
This is preparation. This will develop good habit.
In preparation, we observe, we check, we practice
You are going to tavel, check your motorcycle break, Kick and battery and air in its tyre.
There are millions of good things and you need good preparation for all these good things and you will develope the good habit.
2. Small Small Good Habit
Once you have the good habit of get up early in the morning, make the good habit to sleep early in the night. Then what you do before sleeping and get up . Read what great people do in the morning and before sleeping. Small and small good habits will increase the list of your good habits and it will help to develop good habits bundle.
3. Declare in the Public
If you quit smoking, declare in the public.
If you quit whisky, declare in public
If you quit abusing, declare in public
if you develop any good habit, declare in public and friend circle. It will become strict because you feel proud and never take step back when all people see you with this good habit.
4. Find People Who Motivate You for Your Success
When you spend and find the friends who motivate you for success. It will help to make good habits. All these people tell the ways how to get success. For example, my friend is taking loan all time when his income less than his monthly expenses. He has bad habit of not writing and observing his income and expenses daily. I told him if he will write daily his income and expenses, he will remove useless expenses and focus to growing his income. With this, his expenses will come under his control. If my friend will not come to me, he will not get the mantra of success which I have told.
5. Do Regular Positive Efforts
If you want to develop good habit, you need to do regular efforts. For example, I am writer and I will become successful writer. I know, I can become successful writer by writing daily. I can become successful writer by reading daily. So, In my daily working time, my first task is to read and is to write 1 hr each. Now, I feeling, it is developing good habit and I am happy.
6. Celebrate Small Success
Big success is collaboration of small success. Good habits is also combination of small good habits. If you will get success of any small good habit, you need to celebrate by drinking juice, Going to travel and party with friends
This celebration will have great impact. It will motivate your mind and brain to make all good habits.
