How to Increase the Speed of Your Good Habits

 If you want to increase the speed of Your Good habits, you need to understand the law of Speed. Speed means, the power to cover the distance within the given time. For example, if you will cover 10 Kms in 1 Hr with your cycle, your speed is 10 km per our. But if you take the motor cycle, your speed will increase because you will reach your distance fastly. So, speed may 50 Kms per hour. Motor cycle speed is more than cycle. So, if you want to increase the speed of your good habits, you need to follow following steps. 

1. Do Hard work at the Beginning Days of Your Good Habits

You need to do hard work in the beginning for making the good habits because you have the routine of some habits which are not good for achieving your goal, so, you have to do hard work to change this routine. Sometime, you break your good habit in the beginning, so, you start again from zero. You have to spend your time like military training and it require discipline. You need to effort on your good habits. Your brain did not train to use these good habit in the daily basis, so, you will get big barrier from your mind and brain to accepting these good habits. These hardwork is the base of your good habits. So, in future, you can not break it easily. 

2. Make Daily Routine of Good Habits 

Set the daily routine of good habits is must if you want to increase the speed of your good habits. 

If you want to increase the weight of your weight lifting, it is the good habit to lift more weight. 

So, for increasing the speed of this good habit, 

you need to set the routine to do daily gym workout 1 hr in morning and 1 hr evening and strict on the routine. 

You have to set the routine do extra workout when you are tired and just give up. 

3. Write Daily What Good Habits are You Developing 

Accounting is not only important in the finance but other field also. You need to make the accounts what action you have done for making your good habit. It will help whether you spend time as per your goal time or not. You can improve this timing. 

When you have the full record, it will give the clear picture what did you do. It will show performance. If it is good, you can give yourself reward.

It also make the future planning and goal because you have to do better perform. Suppose, in past, I have set 5 am walking but today, I went for walking 5:15 am, it means I am 15 minutes late, so, I can take its responsibility evening after one month by seeing these report and set goal to remove obstacles that are against to go me to walk on the time. It may be spending time to finding shoes or anything which I can improve by keeping fresh every night my walking dress and shoes. So, it will save time.
